The story
The film explores the making of Carol Reed's The Third Man, which has become a timeless noir classic. It is the first documentary about the popular film, in which Anglo-Austrian director Frederick Baker takes viewers on a journey by following the footsteps of Graham Greene's literary proposal, separating fact from fiction about the film's creation. The documentary literally recreates Reed's film in the original Viennese locations.
